After creating the TEXTS series of acrylic paintings in 2023 , when I was 94 years old, I created the MORE TEXTS series. In the latter series, I tried to contrast a peaceful, orderly world, represented by a mandala, with the violent world suggested by Arabic writing. The Arabic text says "Allah" ("God"), a word that is often used as a battle cry. The MORE TEXTS paintings were created via the ancient art of stenciling.
